The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, December 7, 2016.
Mathew S. Seward, 30, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, careless driving, having an unregistered vehicle and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle after being stopped at 10:22 p.m. Dec. 1 on Route 130.
An officer responded to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Route 130 for a report of an intoxicated driver. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Seward was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports from Dec. 6 through Dec. 11.
Christian G. Jimenez, 35, of East Windsor, was arrested Dec. 6 on an active warrant out of Plainsboro Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street. Mr. Jimenez was transported to headquarters, booked, processed and later released after posting bail.
Sandeep S. Randhawa, 22, of Piscataway, was in the custody of the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Facility Dec. 8 on an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Randhawa was then transported to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail.
William Hernesto, 38, of Trenton, was arrested Dec. 9 for an active warrant out Plainsboro Municipal Court, and for hindering his own apprehension, after he provided false information to the officer, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street. Mr. Hernesto was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and later released on his own recognizance, with a pending court date for a summons complaint, and several motor vehicle summonses.
Luis R. Granda-Mayancela, 25, of Renton, WA, was arrested Dec. 11 for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Monmouth Street. Mr. Granda was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released on a summons complaint.
