† Benjamin Li, 22, of Princeton, was charged with failure to maintain lane, driving while his license was suspended, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident after the BMW he was driving left the roadway on Fairview Road and landed in a ditch at 9:36 p.m. Nov. 19. Police said Mr. Li said he lost control of the car on a curve on the road, which was wet. He is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
† Waldo Machado Jr., 51, of Princeton, was charged with disregarding a traffic light after the Ford Explorer he was driving collided with a Honda Odyssey driven by Manjula Venkatesh, 37, of Skillman, at the intersection of Route 206 and Route 518. Mr. Machado was traveling south on Route 206 and Mr. Venkatesh was traveling west on Route 518. Police said Mr. Machado did not stop for the red traffic signal. He is scheduled to appear in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
