EAST WINDSOR – The Township Council has unanimously approved a resolution authorizing the purchase of two dump trucks with spreader, snow plow and frame, plow hydraulics, two mobile radios and air conditioning for the trucks.
In a 5-0 vote at its November 22 meeting, the council approved resolution 2016-193. Deputy Mayor Peter V. Yeager, and Council Member Alan Rosenberg were not in attendance.
According to the resolution, the East Windsor Township Council approved the purchase of two dump trucks with tailgate spreader and plow hydraulics from Bucks County International for a combined amount of $247,580. There will also be two air conditioning systems plus installation purchased from Bucks County International for a total of $3,100.
A purchase of two Mobile radios from Allcomm Technologies for a combined amount of $1,535.20 was authorized. A purchase of one new 11’ x 36” reversible snowplow with integral snow shield from Norcia for $13,055 was authorized.
The entire cost of everything outlined in this resolution shall not exceed $265,270.20.
