The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016.
Kenneth Livingston, 39, of Trenton, was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to signal lane change, unsafe lane change, uninsured motor vehicle and failure to exhibit registration after being stopped at 12:25 a.m. Nov. 19 on Route 130.
An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 after observing a vehicle operating recklessly. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Livingston was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
Leonard W. Hicks IV, 19, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of drugs with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana over 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 23 on South Drive.
A search warrant was executed at a South Drive residence related to a narcotics investigation. The investigation revealed that the resident, Leonard W. Hicks IV, was in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia with the intent to distribute. He was arrested and later released pending court action.
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports from Nov. 21 through Nov. 25, 2016.
Frank A. Moscaritolo, 31, of Jackson, was arrested Nov. 21 for driving while intoxicated, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street. Mr. Moscaritolo was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and later released to a friend.
Tiffanie L. Webb, 30, of Freehold, was arrested Nov. 22 by the Howell Township Police Department for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Ms. Webb was released to the custody of the Hightstown Police Department and later committed to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail.
Matthew S. Hupfl, 29, of East Windsor, was arrested Nov. 23 for an active warrant out of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, during the course of a traffic stop on South Main Street. Mr. Hupfl was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and later released to the custody of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.
Alex Ruperto, Jr., 23, of Hightstown, was arrested Nov. 25 for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street. Mr. Ruperto, Jr. was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and later released on a summons complaint with a pending court date.
