East Windsor Regional School District kindergarten registration begins

The East Windsor Regional School District has started registration for students entering kindergarten in September 2017., Registration can be done at the Office of Community Services/Central Registration at 384 Stockton Street in Hightstown. Children do not need to attend and language testing will be scheduled by appointment in May., Residents should being a completed registration packet, which is available online at www.EastWindsorRegionalSchools.com; at any of the district’s elementary schools; or by calling the Office of Community Services at 609-443-2881, ext. 6800., Those registering a student should bring a proof of residency. For homeowners, that would include a current property tax bill, deed or mortgage statement and a recurring month’s bill with parent/guardian name and address. For renters, that would include current lease or contract and a recurring month’s bill with parent/guardian name and address., If you and your child are currently residing another family, the current homeowner/lease owner must complete a sworn affidavit (available on the district website). In addition you will need to present the current lease/deed/tax bill/mortgage statement from the homeowner or lease holder as well as a recurring bill with the parent/guardian’s name on it., Other items need for registration include proof of a student’s date of birth (original required) with a birth certificate, passport, baptismal record or other official document indicating age; updated immunization records as required in English, including the student’s name. doctor or clinic name, month, date and year vaccinations; completed physical/dental examination documentation forms, which must be submitted to the school nurse by June 30, 2017 with forms for students with summer birthdays due by Aug. 25, 2017; and if applicable, proof of custody and a legal decree of divorce indicating physical (residential) custody of student and court documents indicating placement of student.
