MONTGOMERY POLICE BLOTTER for the week of 4/7/17

Tanell Waller Jr., 20, of Willingboro, was arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $1,000 from the Delran and Bordentown municipal courts after he was stopped on Route 206 for a broken brake light at 11:20 a.m. April 2. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued summonses for maintenance of lamps, driving while his license was suspended and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. He was released with a pending court date in Montgomery Township Municipal Court., Stanley Somonski, 60, of Somerville, was arrested on an outstanding child support warrant from Somerset County, after the car in which he was a passenger was stopped for a broken windshield on Route 601 at 3:45 p.m. April 1. He was taken to the Somerset County jail, and the driver was given a warning to repair the windshield., Quadir Hoagland, 22, of North Brunswick, was arrested on an outstanding criminal warrant with a $1,000 bail from North Brunswick Municipal Court and was also found to be a wanted person from the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office after he was stopped on Autumn Lane for having a broken brake light at 8:30 a.m. March 31. He was also issued summonses for maintenance of lamps and failure to exhibit a driver’s license. He was taken to the Somerset County jail to await transfer to the Middlesex County jail., Nicholas Ranta, 32, of Belle Mead, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $650 from Hillsborough Township Municipal Court after he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation at 11:15 a.m. March 27. He was issued summonses for unclear license plates and driving while his license was suspended and turned over to the Hillsborough Township Police Department. He has a pending court date in Montgomery Township Municipal Court.
