The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, March 29, 2017., Boris Danilov, 26, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, cell phone use while driving, delaying traffic and CDS in a motor vehicle after being stopped at 2:33 a.m. March 23 at Route 33 and Probasco Road., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being operated while the driver was utilizing a hand held device and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle. Danilov was arrested and later released pending court action., Lakeya Bellamy, 36, of Trenton, was charged with having a fraudulent motor vehicle insurance card, maintenance of lamps and having an uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped at 8:31 p.m. March 23 at Etra Road and Disbrow Hill Road., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being operated with a headlight that was inoperable and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver the officer discovered that a fraudulent insurance card was presented. Bellamy was arrested and later released pending court action., Peter Bamrick, 53, of East Windsor, was charged with shoplifting and defiant trespass after an incident at 10:55 a.m. March 24 at the Bottle King Liquor Store on Route 130., An officer was dispatched to the Bottle King Liquor Store on a report of a shoplifting. The investigation revealed that the suspect had stolen property from the store, was arrested and later released pending court action., Anthony Fiorillo, 54, of New Port Richey, Florida, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of CDS, DUI, reckless driving and careless driving after being stopped at 4:01 p.m. March 24 on One Mile Road., While speaking with the suspect, an officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from his person after operating a motor vehicle. Fiorillo was given field sobriety tests, arrested for DUI and later released pending court action., David Nieves, 36, of Ewing, was charged with charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to observe a traffic signal and CDS in a motor vehicle after being stopped at 8:39 p.m. March 24 at Route 33 and Twin Rivers Drive., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being operated through a red traffic signal and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver the officer observed marijuana in the interior of the vehicle. Nieves was arrested and later released pending court action., Cyntrail Curry, 28, of Irvington, N.J., was charged with obstructing justice, hindering apprehension, driving while suspended, being an unlicensed driver and failure to wear a seatbelt after being stopped at 3:07 p.m. March 25 on Route 130 North., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being operated with obstructed view with several passengers not wearing seatbelts and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver the officer discovered that she had provided false information as to her identity. Curry was arrested and later released pending court action., Richard Medina, 20, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing justice and hindering apprehension after being stopped at 2:03 p.m. March 26 on Route 130 and Dutch Neck Road., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being operated with obstructed view, the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the driver the officer detected the odor of marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle. The officer discovered that the passenger had provided false information as to his identity and was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Medina was arrested and later released pending court action., Larry Lorenzo, 56, of Morristown, was charged with obstructing justice and hindering apprehension after being stopped at 3:22 p.m. March 29 on Abington Drive., While on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle being operated through a stop sign without stopping, with the rear passenger not wearing a seatbelt and a motor vehicle stop was conducted. While speaking with the passenger the officer discovered that he had provided false information as to his identity. Lorenzo was arrested and later released pending court action., Jaydah Brown, 20, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct after an incident at 2:35 p.m. March 29 at Chatham Court and Westfield Road., An officer was dispatched to a report of a citizen dispute on Chatham Court. The investigation revealed that the suspect had in her possession a weapon, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Brown was arrested and later released pending court action., The Hightstown Borough Police Department initiated the following police reports from March 24 through March 30, 2017., Rene A. Zhingri-Urgilez, 24, of the 100 Block of Mechanic Street, was arrested March 24 for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Franklin Street. Zhingri was found in possession of a blue pressed tablet and suspected ecstasy. He was transported police headquarters booked, processed, and issued a summons complaint with a pending court date. Zhingri was later released after posting bail., Ameena N. Terrell, 33, of Mill Run Court, turned herself in at police headquarters March 25 for an active arrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. She was booked, processed, and released after posting bail., Sarah Zylka, 18, of Morganville, was arrested March 25 for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. She was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court date., Seven A. Barrow, 19, from East Windsor, was arrested March 26 for an active warrant out of Upper Freehold Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street. He was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released on his own recognizance., Julio Rodriguez Jr., 49, of Manalapan, was arrested March 29 for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street. He was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court date., Michael J. Hurley, 32, of Toms River, was arrested March 30 for an active warrant out of South Toms River Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop in the Main Street parking lot. Mr. Hurley transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released after posting bail.
