Princeton police are looking for a Hispanic man who has been running up behind women as they are walking and grabbing their buttocks before fleeing.
As police were investigating an unrelated incident on June 5, a woman approached officers to report that a Hispanic man had run up behind her and grabbed her buttocks with both hands before running away.
The incident occurred in June 2016 on Spring Street, but the victim decided to report it now after reading about similar incidents that have recently happened to women.
Over the past few months, women have reported being grabbed by a Hispanic male who then fled after grabbing them.
On May 26, a man walked up to a woman as she was walking on Spruce Street and grabbed her buttocks, police said. He fled after the incident.
And on April 12, a woman reported that a man grabbed her from behind as she was walking in the vicinity of Spruce Street and Moore Street. He also fled after the incident.
