First impressions are important
and that is even more true when
you are deciding on photos to be
used in your listing. I will arrange
for photos to be taken and you will
review them to ensure they show
your home in its best light. Make
sure the primary photo is taken on
a sunny day, the angle is correct,
the sky is beautiful behind it and
there are no cars in the driveway.
There should be plenty of interior
shots from different viewpoints
throughout the house. The kitchen
counters and sink should be neat
and clutter removed. The toilet seats
should be down & shower curtains
open. Blinds should be drawn to
show the views.
When preparing your home for
listing photos, pretend that the
most important person in your
life is coming for a visit. This will
certainly spur you on to presenting
your home in its most perfect light.
And giving prospective buyers a
quick glimpse into your home can
only have them wanting to see
more. Another good idea is securing
my services as your real estate
agent, whether buying or selling.
You can reach me at 732-297-1100,
ext 114. As a RE/MAX Diamond,
REALTORS® Sales Associate, my
finely tuned marketing program
will ensure your home gets the best
possible representation.
HINT: Request that your agent put
the maximum number of photos on the
Multiple Listing Service. Statistics show
that buyers search homes with the most
photographs.
