JFVS to hold parenting, youth workshop series

The Jewish Family and Vocational Service (JFVS) of Middlesex County has announced its fall parenting and youth enrichment workshop series, facilitated by the organization’s professional staff. The workshops will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays at the JFVS offices, 515 Plainfield Ave., Suite 201, Edison.

Dates and topics are as follows:

• Nov. 10 — “Job-seeking Skills That Will Last a Lifetime”

• Nov. 17 — “Barney vs. Power Rangers: The Media and Your Child”

• Dec. 1 — “It’s Never Too Early to Start Planning Your Career Path”

• Dec. 8 — “Preparing for Life After High School”

• Dec. 15 — “Information for the College-bound Student”
