‘FDR’ will deliver speech at library

Actor Neill Hartley will portray President Franklin D. Roosevelt delivering his 1940 “Arsenal of Democracy” speech in a living-history theater presentation set for 7 p.m. Nov. 3 at the South Brunswick Public Library, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction.

Hartley will entertain and educate in character as FDR and take questions and comments following the speech.

All ages are invited to attend. The event is produced by the American Historical Theatre and sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
