Century 21 Mack Morris Iris Lurie, Marlboro, has announced the appointment
of Patricia Zito to the role of director of growth where she will lead the company’s
expansion, productivity and operational activities alongside Chief Operating Officer
Julie Lurie Warren.

Springpoint Living at Manalapan, the new Springpoint assisted living and memory care community, has announced that Alexandra Amato has joined the organization as director of business development.

Amato’s responsibilities include community outreach, advocating and educating on behalf of Springpoint Living at Manalapan, and collaborating with professional partners to cultivate relationships with the community at large. She helps to educate seniors and family members and leads programming and services for community members.

Opening fall 2021, Springpoint Living at Manalapan will have 60 assisted living apartments and memory care residences and provide person-centered care and engaging programs for residents.
