Learn to navigate heart-healthy lifestyle

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) will present “Matters of the Heart 2011: The Journey to a Heart Healthy Lifestyle,” a National Heart Month event designed to educate men and women about prevention, warning signs and treatment for heart disease and stroke.

This free event, featuring “Today” show nutritionist and The New York Times bestselling author Joy Bauer, is set for Wednesday, Feb. 23, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Arline and Henry Schwartzman Courtyard at RWJUH.

The evening will include dinner, exhibits, home-exercise demonstrations, Zumba (a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program) and a variety of heart-health presentations.
