On Nov. 28, for the first time since opening for business in the spring of 2006, Just Collect will be opening its office to the public. This will allow people throughout the tri-state area to come to Just Collect’s main office at 459 Somerset St., Somerset, to receive a free appraisal on their vintage sports card collection — without an appointment.
For those looking to sell, Just Collect will be ready to make cash offers for those collections immediately following the appraisal.
Additionally, Just Collect will have a Black Friday sale on vintage cards, sets, autographs, memorabilia and more. Some of the sale inventory consists of what is currently listed on eBay, but Just Collect will be selling it in-person for 60-80 percent cheaper than what it is currently listed for.
Other inventory for sale will range from complete/partial sets and vintage card lots to autographs and memorabilia, most of which have never been offered for sale before. Everything will be priced to sell, and no reasonable offers will be refused, according to a press release.
Just Collect encourages all to stop by to take advantage of the “Open House” Black Friday sale, whether looking for thousands of cards from the 1970s or in need of a few cards from the 1950s, Those not looking to buy but just need some extra cash for the holidays may come to the Somerset office between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Nov. 28, and Just Collect will give a free appraisal of vintage card collections and make a cash offer on the spot.
Free food and refreshments will be served all day, and free vintage cards will be given away to the first 50 people.
