Tim Howard kicks off Tourette campaign

International soccer superstar Tim Howard will kick off a yearlong Tourette syndrome awareness campaign on June 4 at Rutgers University’s soccer stadium on Busch campus.

Howard, who originates from North Brunswick, will speak about soccer, the World Cup and life with Tourette syndrome.

Children under age 17 can register for a soccer clinic with the Rutgers University men’s soccer team at 3 p.m.

Howard will speak around 4:15 p.m.

Attendees should arrive at the stadium by 2:30 p.m. with their preprinted registration tickets.
