Two North Brunswick residents join Realtor

Gloria Zastko, Realtors, North Brunswick, has announced the addition of Jo Ann Lacina and Raymond J. Schwarz to its staff. Lacina formerly worked at Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate, dealing primarily with customers in Middlesex, Somerset and Mercer counties.

She received her real estate license in 1980, and went into residential real estate appraising for 13 years. The North Brunswick resident is a founding member of the National Association of Realtors, appraisal section, and a member of the Middlesex County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Middlesex, Garden State and Trend multiple listing systems. She and her husband George are parents to daughters Robyn and Stacey.

Schwarz was also formerly employed at Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate and dealt with customers in Middlesex, Somerset and Mercer Counties. He received his real estate license in 1995 and obtained his broker’s license following several years as a real estate and certified relocation agent. He is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors, Middlesex County Board of Realtors, and the Middlesex, Mercer and Garden State multiple listing systems. Schwarz resides in North Brunswick with his wife, Lori, and daughters Jamie and Amy.
