In the obituary for John W. Brown of Monmouth Junction there was no mention of his important community service as a member of the South Brunswick Affordable Housing Authority.
As a fellow member of this group, I would like the citizens of South Brunswick to know that they have, unknowingly, suffered a great loss with Brown’s passing.
His considerable contribution to South Brunswick was all accomplished behind the scenes. He was serious-minded, hard-working and absolutely dedicated to the task of finding affordable housing for those who needed it in our community. My colleagues and I will miss John Brown, but we shall always honor his memory and treasure his achievements.
