Mrs. Scarpa, 66, of the Toms River section of Dover, formerly of East Brunswick, Milltown and Edison, died Nov. 14, 2008, at home. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Officer, New Brunswick, where she worked for 25 years. Surviving are her husband, Walter Dembitzki; three daughters, Madeline Contini of East Brunswick, Debbie Worden of Rutland, Vt., and Joann Maloney of North Brunswick; and three grandchildren.
