SOMERSET COUNTY: Library ups non-resident card fees
As of July 1, Somerset County Library System’s one-year non-resident library card costs $200, up from $195. Quarterly non-resident library cards are available for $55 (previously $50). The library commission says the cost of the card is increasing to reflect the latest average county library tax paid by residents of member communities.
