FLORENCE: Four arrested for spray painting vandalism
Police arrested four males after several properties were spray painted July 24. Police charged Jacob Heimann, 18, of Florence, with one account of third-degree criminal mischief. Police also charged Joshua Hartman, 20, of Roebling, with six counts of third-degree criminal mischief, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
