UPPER FREEHOLD: 16 dogs, some starving, rescued from home
Speedy is one of 16 starving dogs rescued from a home in Upper Freehold earlier this month by the Animal Welfare Association. Speedy has since been adopted, but the nonprofit Voorhees-based organization still is searching for homes for several others.
