HILLSBOROUGH: Heroin arrest made on Amwell Road
A New Brunswick man was arrested Sept. 7 for having 295 small packages of heroin on Amwell Road. Police said Johnny Rubio, 28, was stopped following a tip that he would be in the area with the drugs, said a press release from Somerset County Prosecutor Geoffrey D.
