        A Hillsborough man has pleaded guilty to distributing heroin that resulted in a death last August.     Steven B. Pinter, 24, of Fox Chase Run, Hillsborough, admitted guilt June 15 to strict liability for a drug-induced death and five counts of distribution of heroin, according to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s office.     Mr. Pinter…

        Beginning July 2 the Motor Vehicle Commission will expand agency hours.     The agencies will reopen on Mondays while continuing to offer services on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
