       Igor Todorozic, 19, of South 15th Avenue, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, three Ecstasy pills, at 1:28 p.m. June 8.    According to school administrators, someone reported seeing Mr. Todorozic trying to sell the pills on school grounds. Mr. Todorozic allegedly produced the pills for school administrators when asked about the drugs.…
