Barsamilo, 78, died Monday at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis in Trenton.    Born in Philadelphia, she was a longtime resident of Chesterfield and Robbinsville.    Ms. Barsamilo was employed as a head clerk with the State of New Jersey in Washington Township. She retired in 1993 after 18 years of service.…
