  • Ken Francis, deputy mayor of Plumsted, dies at 48

    Plumsted Deputy Mayor Ken Francis, 48, died Saturday of complications from pancreatic cancer. A 16-year member of the plumsted Township Committee, Mr. Francis has also served on the township Planing Board and Municipal Utilities Authority.
