Municipal officials in Manalapan and Englishtown have voted to reduce the Manalapan-English-town Regional School District’s defeated 2002-03 budget. No teachers are included in the cuts to the budget, which now totals $56.5 million. The tax levy to support the budget will be $32.6 million.
