Cub Scouts schedules Sept. 26 Fall Roundup
South River Cub Scout Pack No. 4 will hold its annual Fall Roundup from 6:30- 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 at the new primary school on David Street, South River. Boys ages 6-10 are invited to attend along with their parents.

Helmetta Day fest planned for Sept. 22
Helmetta Day will be celebrated from 1-4 p.m. on Sept. 22 on the grounds at Holy Trinity Church, 100 Main St. The event will feature food, a DJ, a giant slide, a “moonwalk,” jousting, games, prizes and representatives from the Helmetta police and fire departments and the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department.
