NAMI NJ to present webinar on emotional wellness during COVID-19
NAMI NJ (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will hold a webinar series about emotional wellness during COVID-19 at noon on May 8 featuring Cara Maksimov, LCSW. Maksimov will discuss therapeutic tools from mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, neuroscience and positive psychology to help maintain emotional health in a challenging time.
