FEMA increases reimbursement to 90 percent

Pool time
Rebecca Schwartzstein, an artist and resident of East Brunswick, volunteered to paint a mural at the Milltown Borough Pool. A 2012 graduate of East Brunswick High School, she is studying fine arts at the School of Visual Arts in New York, where she received several scholarships and grants her freshman year.
