    Ms. Novak, 49, formerly of Milltown, died July 27, 2012, in St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton. Surviving are two daughters, Stephanie and Jacqueline; and four brothers, Ronald, Robert, Kevin and Kenny Novak. A memorial service took place at Crabiel Home for Funerals, Milltown.
