Ms. Lichwa, 75, died on June 16, 2012, in Cornado Beach, California. She is survived by her son, Bryan G. Lichwa, of Coplay, Pa., and her brother, Gerald Herbster, of Boise, Idaho. Ms. Lichwa was employed by the Township of South Brunswick. She retired in 1999 and moved to California.
