Cathy Nicola’s letter in the Oct. 20 issue of the Suburban indicated that Old Bridge Democratic Township Council candidate Kelly Ellis-Foster was elected and has served on the governing body for three years. However, Ellis-Foster began serving on the council after being appointed in May.
