• HILLSBOROUGH: Scouts collect old flags

       Boy Scout Troop 186 is collecting old and damaged flags that will be retired respectfully as part of an Eagle Scout project.    The flags will be collected in the township administrator’s office in the municipal building until Nov. 4.
