Students raise $2,175 for St. Jude Hospital
Students at the Sayreville Middle School recently raised $2,175 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, Tenn., by participating in a Math-A-Thon. The students solicited pledges from donors and received donations based on the number of math problems correctly completed. Teachers Stephanie Woods and Kerry Kilbride coordinated the event.
