       HIGHTSTOWN — The Democrats will maintain control of the Borough Council, as incumbent Larry Quattrone and newcomer Dimitri Musing were election winners Tuesday.    Mr. Quattrone received 786 votes and Mr. Musing received 779, while Republicans Skye Gilmartin and Esther Velazquez got 570 and 529 votes, respectively.

       ALLENTOWN — Republican incumbent Dan Wimer and running mate Margaret Rose won election to the Borough Council on Tuesday.    Mr. Wimer was the top vote-getter with 368 tallies, earning his sixth three-year term. He was followed by Ms. Rose with 352 votes, while Democrats Wayne Smith and Robert Johnson received 259 and 247 votes, respectively.
