Oceanport Lions donate $5,500 to borough
The Oceanport Lions Club donated $5,500 from its Strawberry Fair proceeds to the residents of Oceanport. Despite severe economic conditions, the Lions increased its donation by $500 from previous years. The donation was made during the June 18 Oceanport Council meeting.
