    Robbinsville    Keith Jordan, 41, of Trenton, was charged with possession of marijuana Dec. 22 at 1:13 a.m. after being stopped on Route 33.    Patrolman Thomas Septak stopped Mr. Jordan’s vehicle on Route 33 for a seatbelt violation, police said.    A subsequent search revealed a small quantity of marijuana.
