    A funny thing happened to Katherine Zobre when she got to Senegal to begin her Peace Corps work. The Hillsborough native ran into a charrette (horse-drawn cart) driver in Popinguine wearing a Hillsborough T-shirt from a Senegalese version of a thrift shop. 
