    The South Brunswick High School Viking Closet’s third annual “Sisterhood of the Traveling Prom Dresses” prom dress and tuxedo collection will be held Dec. 2 to March 13, 2014. Any donated dresses can be dropped off in the Viking Closet donation bin in the main lobby of the high school, 750 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction.

  • Workshop will focus on lead-poison danger

    A lead poisoning workshop will be held at 6 p.m. Dec. 18 at Parsons Elementary School, 899 Hollywood St., North Brunswick. Lead can be found in dust, drinking water, old pipes, house paint and imported food. The workshop is free and open to all. Light refreshments and child care will be provided.
