Mr. Rummel, 83, of Monroe, formerly of East Brunswick, died Nov. 20, 2013, in Wynwood at Forsgate, Monroe. He worked as an aeronautical engineer for the federal government at Fort Monmouth, Eatontown. Surviving are his wife, Rita; four children, Steven, Shari, Marsi and Brian; and 10 grandchildren.
