The Friends of the Jamesburg Public Library will hold a yard sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 21 at the library, 229 Gatzmer Ave., Jamesburg. Jamesburg Library seeks volunteer ESL tutors
The Jamesburg Public Library, 229 Gatzmer Ave, is seeking adult volunteers to serve as tutors for its ongoing English-as-a-Second-Language program. The current classes take place from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursdays. Summer dates have not been announced. No teaching certification is required, but conversational Spanish is necessary. The New Jersey Department of Transportation Municipal Aid program will award state aid to Jamesburg, Monroe and Spotswood for roadway improvement projects.
