Milltown residents can register bicycles with the police
MILLTOWN – The Milltown Police Department Detective Bureau will be reactivating its bicycle registration program starting in May. Officers will take a photograph of a resident’s bicycle, log the type/make/color and, if needed, a serial number on the frame.
