In Brief Sunrise service to be held at Sensi Park The annual Easter sunrise service sponsored by the Congregations of Greater Allentown will take place at 6 a.m. April 23 by the lake at Pete Sensi Park. In case of rain, the Celebration of the Resurrec-tion, with prayer, scripture and song, will be held at the Allentown AME Church, Church Street. Women’s organization to sponsor scholarship The Millstone Township Women’s Organization will award a $1,000 scholarship to a deserving high school senior who resides in Millstone Township. Any student accepted to a fully accredited two- or four-year college may apply. The candidate will be judged on scholastic record, extracurricular activities, and service to the school and community. The deadline for submitting applications is May 1. Seniors to sponsor spaghetti dinner The Millstone Township Senior Citizens will sponsor a spaghetti dinner from 3-7 p.m. May 6 at the Millstone Community Center, Route 524, Clarksburg section of Millstone. West Nile virus is topic of May 3 seminar Dr. Daniel Markowski of the Monmouth County Mosquito Extermination Commission will discuss the West Nile virus and mosquito control techniques in a seminar to be presented from 7:30-9 p.m. May 3 at the Millstone Township Elementary School.
