I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the volunteer groups who made our Halloween safety program a success. We had minimal vandalism this year again, due to the cooperation of the following volunteers:
Middletown fire companies, first aid squads, Marine Police and Police Explorer Post No. 102; the PTAs who organized patrols for the schools; our school traffic guards who came out in full force; Middletown Township Police Auxiliary personnel; all the parents and youth who cooperated and worked with the police department; and the Middletown school system.
