Craig Johnson

   LAMBERTVILLE – Craig C. Johnson, 45, died Thursday, Nov. 23, at home.
   Born in Raritan Township, he was a longtime Lambertville resident.
   Mr. Johnson did construction and roofing work with area contractors.
   He served in the Army.
   He graduated from South Hunterdon High School in 1973.
   Son of the late Donald R. Johnson Sr., he is survived by three daughters, Adrian Williams and Elicia and Jessica Johnson, all of Trenton; a son, Jason Rake of Washington, N.J.; a grandson, Talib Siplin; his mother, Anna Van Ness of Lambertville; two brothers, Donald R. Jr. of Marlboro, N.Y., and Darren S. of Bristol, Pa.; two sisters, Angel Wilson of Washington, Pa., and Lori Johnson of Sacramento, Calif.; and other relatives.
   The funeral was held Friday at the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, Lambertville, with the Rev. Charles Thomas, officiating.

Lynne J. Cushman

   LAMBERTVILLE – Lynne J. Cushman died Saturday, Nov. 24, at home. She was 60.
   Born in New Kensington, Pa., she was a resident of the Lambertville area for many years.
   An executive with Berlitz International for 33 years, she retired as managing director of the North American region in 1999.
   She began at Berlitz as a language instructor in Miami. She worked for Berlitz both in the United State and Europe and was the director of the company’s largest school at Rockefeller Center in Manhattan and then served as district director for the Washington, D.C., area and as eastern regional director based in Princeton, where she supervised the training of the school’s district and regional directors and the training of Berlitz teaching methods.
   After retiring, she served as a volunteer English tutor for foreign students at the Jesus School in Lambertville.
   Daughter of the late Homer and Iona Ludwig Crusan, she is survived by her husband, Frederick Cushman of Lambertville; a brother, Bruce Crusan of Upland, Calif.; and many cousins.
   The funeral was held Tuesday at the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, Lambertville with the Rev. Richard Townley, rector of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial was at Mount Home Cemetery, Lambertville.
Joan Beilfuss

   LAMBERTVILLE – Joan B. Watts Beilfuss, 65, died Thursday, Nov. 23, at Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township.
   Born in Philadelphia, she lived in Sellersville, Pa., before moving to Lambertville many years ago.
   Mrs. Beilfuss retired in 1995 as a security guard for Lipton Tea Co., Raritan Township, and previously was a bus driver with Penn Ridge school system.
   She was a member of the Eagle Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, New Hope, Pa., Hibernia Fire Co., Lambertville, and the Jay Club, Perkasie, Pa. She was a member and sunshine committee chairwoman for Lambertville Senior Citizens and New Hope-Solebury Senior Citizens.
   Daughter of the late Charles P. and Albertine Lawn Watts, she is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Lorna M. Ambrus of Quakertown, Pa., and Linda A. and Terry Saylor of Allentown, Pa.; a granddaughter, Victoria M. Ambrus; a sister, Alberta E. Michael of Hatfield, Pa.; nieces and nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews; and cousins.
   The funeral was held Monday at Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Townley, rector of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, officiating.

Dorothy Lenz

   HAMILTON – Dorothy Eleanor Pyatt Lenz, 84, died Friday, Nov. 24, at home.
   Born in Delaware Township, she was a longtime area resident and lived 20 years in both Port St. Lucie, Fla., and Hamilton Square.
   Mrs. Lenz was a tester with Heinemann Electric of Lawrenceville 10 years.
   Mother of the late Marilyn Dale Ischinger, she is survived by her husband of 54 years, Albert A. Lenz; two daughters and a son-in-law, Carol Lee Wright of Yardley, Pa., and Kathleen A. and J. David Weidner of Hamilton Square; a son and daughter-in-law, Albert J. and Jeanne M. Lenz of Tuckerton; three sisters, Ruth Grafton of Pennington, Evelyn Crone of Quakertown, Pa., and Marlene Shoenthal of New Hope; a brother, Albert Pyatt of Land O Lakes, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grand-children; and nieces and nephews.
   The memorial service was Tuesday at Saul Colonial Home, Hamilton Square, with the Rev. Russell Gromest, pastor of Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, officiating.

Louise Ragazzo

   DELAWARE – Louise Rose Ragazzo, 78, died, Sunday, Nov. 19 at home.
   Born in Elizabeth, she lived in Linden before moving to Delaware Township in 1957.
   She was a member of Sergeantsville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, a leader with Rolling Hills Girl Scout Council 12 years and past treasurer of Delaware Township Senior Citizens Club.
   Daughter of the late Angelo and Carmella Rauseo, she is survived by her husband of 58 years, Michael A. Ragazzo; four daughters, Phyllis Alles of Crestview, Fla., Annette Fazekas of Atlantic Highlands, Michele Harms of Lambertville and Camille Kille of Stanton; eight grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and a sister, Ann Rauseo of Toms River.
   The funeral was private.
   Memorial donations may be made to a local chapter of the American Diabetes Association; Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 1015 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, 19107; or the National Alzheimer’s Association.
