E.B. Library to offer
puppet, quilt exhibits
The East Brunswick Library, Jean Walling Civic Center, will offer two February exhibits.
February has been designated Puppetry Month at the library, with the inauguration of the Phyllis Noar Puppetry Festival on Feb. 11 and 25. In celebration, puppets and marionettes from the collection of San D Hasselman are on display in the glass showcases near the library entrance.
On the walls throughout the month are quilts by library periodicals assistant Roslyn Castellano. A member of the New Jersey Quilters Guild, the artist sells her distinctive quilts at local craft shows.
