The Volunteer Center of Monmouth County needs individuals to assist an organization at its food- and wine-tasting event in the Red Bank area July 23. Individuals will greet and register visitors, and oversee the auction area. Minimum age is 18.
A Red Bank academy seeks volunteers to work one-on-one with students in memorization work, homework, reading and crafts activities. Days and hours available are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Youth advisors are needed for a community service organization to phone former students and offer advice and referrals. Minimum age is 18, and calls may be made from the volunteer’s home.
