Where was Jaguar band at Jackson Day?
I was quite upset that the Jackson Memorial High School Band chose not to march in the Jackson Day parade. The quite busy band needs to change its priorities and decide how important it is to support our local town events.
Jackson Day is the biggest local town activity of the year for Jackson residents. The band should consider it an honor to perform during this parade. I hope Jackson residents think about the failure of the band to perform at the parade when the band members are asking for donations at our local stores.
I congratulate the Jackson Day committee for a wonderful event. A hard job, well done.
