Merrill Lynch offering hour of free calls throughout the world

On Saturday, Dec. 8, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Merrill Lynch — in conjunction with the Princeton Senior Resource Center — will offer one hour of free phone calls anywhere in the world to each Princeton area senior and disabled person who signs up by Nov. 14.
Merrill Lynch has provided this holiday gift for the past few years as a community service to help seniors and the disabled communicate with friends and loved ones who live too far away to visit.
Those with their own transportation should arrive at Merrill Lynch by 11:15 a.m. For those who require transportation, a school bus will be available to take participants to Merrill Lynch’s Princeton headquarters. The bus will pick up at Elm Court at 10:30 a.m., Redding Circle at 10:40 a.m., and Spruce Circle at 10:50 a.m.
Participants are asked to bring their phone lists of family and friends with them. When possible, arrangements with the person to be called should be made beforehand to prevent disappointment. Each person will have one hour to complete all calls.
Registration is required by Wednesday, Nov. 14. Space is limited to the first 50 persons.
